Jul Maroh

Jul Maroh, a multidisciplinary artist and transfeminist activist, tells a story about contemporary intimacy and its political aspects. After the graphic novel Blue is the Warmest Colour, which won various awards and inspired the film of the same name (Palm d’or in Cannes in 2013), they published Skandalon, Brahms, Corps Sonores and You Brought Me the Ocean (in cooperation with Alex Sanchez). Jul was a custos in the museum of contemporary art CAPC in Bordeaux during the Procession exhibition, and founded Bg Egalité feminist collective.
